In direct contrast to House Stark of Game of Thrones fame, on Saturday, February 2nd, Staten Island Chuck predicted an early Spring, to much fanfare and rejoicing. The Rock-A-Silly Band provided the soundtrack to the festivities, and we even got to hang with congressman Max Rose and Deputy Borough President Ed Burke, who as peppered his speech with some of the corniest - and, let's face it - funniest jokes this side of the Mississippi.
